________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Applying For A Space In order to apply for the studio you must do to the following: You must complete the application form. The application can be picked up from our office at 48 Abell Street, or download it from our website in Acrobat Reader format, by clicking here. (The application form cannot be emailed to us as we require both pages to be signed by you). The completed application form must be submitted along with the deposit. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. If the application is accepted the deposit is held as last month's rent, in the event that the application form is rejected the deposit monies will be refunded back. Upon receipt of the application form, Aristocrat will issue a receipt for the monies received, and start checking the references listed on the application form. Once Aristocrat receives the completed application form and deposit monies, Aristocrat will stop showing the Studio until the application is processed. If the applicant revokes the application, the deposit monies will be held.  You must be sure you want the Studio before you hand in any deposit monies, or application form. In order to expedite the application process, applicants are asked to have their current landlords fill out a Landlord Reference Letter.  Click here to download. Upon approval of the application form, a lease will be drafted, and you will have until moving day to come in and sign it. At that time you will be required to submit 12 posted dated cheques for the term of the lease. Then arrangements will be made to hand over the keys.  (The keys will not be transferred until the lease is signed and the post dated cheques have been received).
